Refund policy
Our Refund Policy is stated in the Terms & Conditions:
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY
9.1 You have 24 hours after your order is placed to make changes or cancel your order. You can do this by contacting team@norseinteriors.com with your requested changes and order number.
We make furniture custom for you. The unique ordering implies, therefore, that there is no right of return on Norse's customized Products, including doors, drawer fronts, and top and side panels. Sales for all custom pieces are final. All custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-customized Products, like legs and hardware, can be returned for up to 30 days of receiving the order. We charge $25 for restocking, plus shipping fees for return orders. Materials must be returned in unused and resellable condition with the original packaging.
9.2 In case of damages to your order during shipping, we provide a new order to fully live up to our expectations and standards - and we do it as quickly as we can. Products damaged during transport must be documented with a picture that clearly shows the damage to the packaging. If you are in any doubt, you should always wait to unpack your order. You are within your rights to refuse receipt of the order if the package is damaged.
