How quickly will I get my order once it's placed?
We ship doors, drawer fronts, and panels within two to three weeks. Accessories and peel-and-stick decals ship within three business days. We try to make the process as quick as possible because we know you want custom furniture.
Can I change or return my order?
You can edit your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do this, contact team@norseinteriors.com with your requested changes and order number.
We customize our doors, drawer fronts, top and side panels, and peel-and-stick adhesives based on your choice of product, design, and color. We have thousands of possible combinations; therefore, they are made-to-order and final sale.
You can return or exchange legs and hardware for a $25 restocking and shipping fee ($35 on orders from Canada) up to 30 days after receiving the order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
How much is shipping?
We ship with UPS and USPS Ground Service, which takes 1-5 business days. The shipping costs depend on size, weight, and location, and will be displayed at checkout. If you shop for more than $200 we cover the shipping costs to the 48 continental U.S. States (not valid for international delivery addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories). The free shipping is not applicable for our peel-and-stick collection, which is shipped with Standard Shipping from the UK and takes 1-7 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Our fronts, panels, and accessories are only sold within the US and Canada and ship from our woodshop in the US. Please note that additional taxes and import fees may apply for shipments to Canada. For estimated duties and taxes, please visit the Canadian Boarder Service Agency.
Our peel-and-stick collection is shipped from the UK to Europe, the UK, the US, and Canada. Please note that additional taxes and import fees may apply for shipments to the UK and Canada, which are not displayed during checkout.
EU shipping (Peel-and-stick collection only)
EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout. For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. There are no additional charges for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

Do you offer financing and payment plans?
Yes, we offer Shop Pay Installments in the US and Canada. This option allows you to split your purchases into four equal, interest-free payments—with no additional, hidden, or late fees and no impact on credit scores. Simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment option at checkout.
